For the best taste experience, always use freshly ground coffee and clean, fresh water. We recommend a brewing temperature of 92–96°C and a dosage of 60 g coffee per liter of water. Adjust the grinding degree depending on the brewing method – coarse for a press pot, medium for filter brewing and fine for espresso. Experiment to find the perfect balance for your taste!
