- Return Period: You have the right to return your product within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that the product is in the same condition as when you received it—unused, in its original packaging, and with all labels intact.
- Exceptions: Items that have been opened or partially consumed, such as food products, cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
2. How to Make a Return

- Pack the Item Securely: We recommend using the same packaging in which the product was delivered.
- Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using trackable shipping to ensure the return reaches us.
3. Refunds
- Approval Process: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email whether your refund has been approved or not.
- Processing Time: If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days from the date we receive the returned item.
- Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase.
4. Claims and Complaints
If your product is defective or incorrect upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to report the issue. Attach photos and a description of the problem and send them to info@cafesito.se. If your claim is approved, we will cover the return shipping costs and offer either a replacement product or a refund.
5. Right of Withdrawal
