How long is the delivery time?

The delivery time within Sweden is 1-5 working days and within the EU 3-7 working days

What payment methods do you accept?

How do I make a return?

To make a return, follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service within 14 days of receiving your order and let them know that you want to make a return.
  2. Pack the item in the original packaging and make sure it is in unused condition with all tags still attached. (if not damaged)
  3. Send the item back to the return address we provide. You are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise stated.
  4. Confirmation and refund : Once we receive and approve the return, we process the refund within 5-7 business days.

Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?

We do our best to process orders quickly, so please contact us immediately if you need to change or cancel your order. If the order has not already been shipped, we can usually help you with changes or cancellation. Once the order has been sent, we unfortunately cannot make any changes, but you can then make a return when you have received the package.
